STRESS

1. Continuous Cold
Stress can suppress immune function that makes a person more easily develop infections, one of which is a constant runny nose or a long recovery.
2. Chattering Teeth While Sleeping
When under stress, one would be more likely menggemeretakkan teeth during sleep, this condition can erode enamel and create a cracked tooth fillings. Besides it can also create jaw pain or soreness in the mouth.
3. Disorders Or Pain In The Abdomen 
 When there is a stress attack, the intestinal lining becomes sensitive to the negative hormone that is secreted by the body. These conditions lead to many digestive problems such as heartburn, abdominal pain, cramps or diarrhea associated with chronic stress.
 4. Back Pain and Headaches
 When stress without knowing the person will be in a position to tighten the muscle that can cause pain, stiffness or pain in the back. While the thought of continuous stress can cause tension that can trigger headaches.
5. Difficulty Sleeping
